Updated bioactive nutrient forms in Detox Support Formula include:

• Quatrefolic (reduced and methylated form of folate; 5MHTF)
• Methylcobalamin form of Vitamin B12
Use: Recommended daily intake alongside dietary changes (full information in the Detox Support Programme guide supplied free with the kit). 3 day detox preparation: 20g Alka-Greens powder mixed in juice or water, 2 capsules Pro-otic with food away from hot drinks. 7 day detox programme: 20g Alka-Greens powder mixed in juice or water, 2 capsules Pro-otic with food away from hot drinks, 8 capsules Detox Support Formula (4 capsules with breakfast and 4 capsules with lunch), 4 capsules Colex (2 capsules after breakfast and 2 capsules after lunch).
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if lid seal is broken. Long term intake of greater than 10mg vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness. More than 7mg/per day beta carotene should not be consumed by heavy smokers. This kit is not suitable if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breast-feeding.
