Nutrigold Gastro Complex 120 capsules

Gastro-Complex is a blend of natural botanicals, bifidobacteria strains, L-glutamine, with added psyllium husk and citrus pectin to support digestive health and improve bowel movements and elimination.

Digestive Health

The colon (large intestine) is the site of the final parts of digestion with function including:

Absorption of fluids to regulate body hydration levels.
Processing of waste products from digested food ready for elimination.

Botanical Blend

It is also the site of the largest concentration of bacteria that form the gut microbiome. Many different species of bacteria reside within the colon and have beneficial functions within the digestive tract and throughout the body. Classically trained practitioners recognise that the health of the colon reflects the physical and psychological health status throughout the body.

Nutrigold’s Gastro-Complex capsule formulation contains L-glutamine (an amino acid that is used as fuel by cells lining the colon tract), a blend of Bifidobacteria bifidum and lactis species providing 2.5 billion CFUs (colony forming units) and a blend of natural botanicals including:

Additional information

Psyllium Husk Powder is a source of soluble dietary fibre that is not digested or absorbed but rather passes through the gut supporting digestive health. It is used as a bulk-forming laxative as it works by increasing stool size and therefore may help to relieve constipation. Citrus pectin is another soluble fibre that can absorb toxins, as well as promoting healthy bowel movements.

Use: 4 capsules daily with food (2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch) or as directed by a practitioner.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if lid seal is broken. This product is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast-feeding
