Solo Nutrition’s S.K.N. Clear™ includes Red Clover, Burdock and Fenugreek.
S.K.N. Clear™ is ideal for those who suffer from spots, acne and eczema. This special blend is formulated for people looking for a healthy looking skin. Try to avoid alcohol, fried foods, cola drinks and caffeine. Excess sugar is also not advisable. Try to eat more organic produce. Cut down on processed foods.
Drink at least six glasses of water a day to help expel waste products, which can cause skin disorders and blemishes. Drinking water can also help the healing process.
Tip:
Tea tree and lavender oil may be applied directly to the skin, to aid healing. Aloe Vera aids and soothes injured skin. Try chamomile, chickweed and yoghurt, these ingredients can be applied topically. Calendula cream reduces inflammation.
