Methionine is termed an 'essential amino acid' as our bodies cannot make it and so we must obtain it from the food we eat. Fruit and vegetables are generally low in methionine but high levels of methionine can be found in eggs, nuts, fish, and meats.

Ingredients for Lamberts L Methionine
Typically per capsule
Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.
Less than 1 hour.
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
To be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Directions for use
1 to 2 capsules daily with water or fruit juice. An amino acid is best taken half an hour before any meal or at bedtime.
