Features of Patrick Holford Connect

Connect® contains a number of vital nutrients which act as methyl donors and therefore support the body’s methylation process, helping to keep the brain and body chemistry in optimal balance. Methylation is a vital physiological process, occurring a billion times every few seconds, and contributing to a number of important body processes including cell renewal and homocysteine metabolism.

TMG contains three methyl groups and is a potent methyl donor
Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folic acid are modulators of plasma homocysteine
Contains N-Acetyl Cysteine
Vitamin B6 is required for cell replication and protein synthesis
Vitamin B2 is involved in the production of energy and involved in the
re-methylation process
Folic acid is required for the formation of healthy red blood cells
