Further Information	Ingredients for Nutri Advanced Ultra Probioplex ND Dairy Free Probiotic 60 Capsules Each capsule typically contains: Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM® Strain 7.5 billion live organisms* Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 7.5 billion live organisms* Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) (100iu) 2.5 µg * At date of expiry Encapsulated with: Magnesium stearate Microcrystalline cellulose Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose Silicon dioxide Dosage 1 capsule one to two times daily, or as directed. We recommend taking it on an empty stomach, either between meals or last thing at night. Recommended dosage for children: Under 2 years: ½ capsule daily 2 to 4 years: ½ to 1 capsule daily 5 to 12 years: 1 capsule daily If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any kind of medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product. Can capsule be opened and sprinkled onto food? Yes, onto food no hotter than room temperature. Can I take Ultra Probioplex ND Capsules on antibiotics? We recommend taking it after you've finished your course of antibiotics. If on long-term antibiotics, we recommend taking it last thing at night, before bed. Are there any side effects from taking probiotics? You may experience a change in bowel function/habits for a few days which may present as a gurgling/wind/change in bowel frequency. This is perfectly natural with taking any probiotic and will generally settle down after a week or so. Reducing the dosage may help alleviate this.
