Poria-MRL 250g powder with 2g spoon. Recommended daily supplementation is 2-4g.
Known as Poria cocos, its fruiting body in the form of coconut, with sclerosis with a bark. It grows in mycorrhizal on the roots of various pine varieties in temperate regions of China, Japan and other areas. This fungus is mentioned in the Book of Songs, a Chinese text from the eleventh century. According to the classic text of Shennong Medical Matter Treaty it belongs to the higher category, i.e. it is recommended for prolonged use.
Poria-MRL powder (Poria cocos) contains both mycelium and primordia (young fruit body) cultivated into a biomass that is grown on a sterilised (autoclaved) substrate in California. Poria-MRL biomass is certified 100% Organic in the United States (California) by Quality Assurance International and recognised as organic by both EU regulations and the UK Organic Food Federation.

Recommended Dosage
Take from 2g (one tablespoon) to 4g (two tablespoons) per day before meals. The powder should be mixed with hot food, yogurt, non-acid juice or water.
