OUR MUMMA SUPPLEMENT PACK

The Mumma Pack provides a 28 day supply of carefully selected vitamin and mineral supplements to aid in foetal development* and to maintain the optimal balance of nutrients for an expectant mother. It is ideal for taking when trying to conceive, and throughout pregnancy.

WHY CHOOSE OUR DAILY SUPPLEMENT PACK?

We ensure that all our health supplements are perfectly balanced to work harmoniously with the body, delivering precise levels of specific vitamins and minerals. While combining all the supplements in the Mumma Pack into a single capsule is possible, this approach would reduce the quality of the nutrients we are able to provide with multiple capsules. Our daily supplement sachet provide a mixture of health supplements that are easy to manage and balanced correctly.

FOLIC ACID IN OUR PREGNANCY PACK

The Pregnancy Pack contains an extremely effective form of folic acid. Conventional folic acid is synthetic and is used in many vitamin supplements. We use L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), which is the active form of folic acid and is found in nature. The folic acid found in food has to be digested to be absorbed, and then has to undergo several biochemical conversions in the body to become L-5-MTHF. By supplementing directly with L-5-MTHF (rather than synthetic folic acid), one can be assured of getting the benefits of folic acid, regardless of your ability to absorb or convert it to the active form.

*Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. the beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 mcg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.

NEW GREENER PACKAGING

As part of our ongoing commitment to becoming a more sustainable supplement company, we've updated our daily pack packaging. We've got rid of the bulky plastic tubs and replaced them with biodegradable pouches. We've still had to keep the individual plastic sachets inside, as we are yet to find a solution that keeps the supplements fresh. We're working on it.

Folic acid supplement that provides 400μg of high-quality folate in an easy-to-take vegetable capsule. This supplement uses the L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) form of folic acid, which is active form found in nature, eliminating the need or biochemical conversion in the body, unlike synthetic folic acid.

This formula creates a good blend for bone maintenance. Vitamin D, C, and K2 contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system.

1x Iron (Bisglycinate) Capsule
Iron supplement that provides 20mg of elemental iron in the form of iron bisglycinate. Iron bisglycinate is a chelated form of iron, which means it is more readily absorbable by the body. We've also combined vitamin C with iron to further increase iron absorption.

Mineral Multi is a unique supplement formula that provides 13 essential minerals in a single vegan capsule. Of these minerals, eight are chelated, which means they are more readily available to the body.
