FSC Organic Optimum Oil has been specially developed to provide a balanced ratio of omega 3, 6 and 9 essential fatty acids in the ratio of 2:1:1. This is achieved by carefully selecting and blending together the appropriate amounts of flaxseed, sunflower, evening primrose and olive oil.
