This product has several distinctive differences from other multiple formulas and is also an excellent all-rounder, with the most important vitamins and minerals presented at potencies that are generally higher than shop-bought multis. The main differences are as follows:

The trace mineral, chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, is included at a generous 200µg per two tablets. This is considerably more than you will find in many multiple formulas.

Magnesium has been included at 300mg per two tablets as this mineral is involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body and diets based on highly processed foods will provide, at best, borderline levels.

Cinnamon has been a favourite with herbalists for many years and we have included a full 2000mg of cinnamon bark; the same potency of extract used in published studies.
