FSC Organic Flaxseed Oil provides a rich source of Alpha – Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Linoleic Acid which are essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are nutrients which cannot be made by the body and must be obtained from the diet. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
FSC Organic Flaxseed Oil is certified and approved by the Soil Association. The organic flaxseeds are pressed at a very cold temperature, using a cold processing method which does not require any use of solvents.
