Soy isoflavones are a natural source of phyto-oestrogens including diadzein, genistein and glycitein. Phyto-oestroens such as these are thought to support healthy oestrogen levels in women.
Indole-3-Carbinol is a phytonutrient that has potent antioxidant properties. It is also a precursor to Di-indolylmethane (DIM) which works synergistically with soy isoflavones to help support healthy oestrogen levels.
This Patrick Holford product provides hydrochloric acid to help support digestion and facilitate to body's conversion of indole-3-carbinol to Di-indolylmethane (DIM)
