This carefully formulated blend of natural B vitamins in Nutrigold Multi B Complex is based on our suggested optimal daily intake levels, which are clearly stated in this section of the catalogue and offers a wide range of natural, biologically active B vitamins in levels that we feel will obtain the best utilisation of each nutrient.
