Viable culture base of non-fat milk, whey, fructose and natural strawberry flavoring containing Lactobacillus bulgaricus, super strain LB-51. Added benefits from the natural supernatant (culturing medium) are maintained by the Natren® proprietary Trenev Process® . Contains no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

How the bacteria are grown: Lactobacillus bulgaricus , LB-51 super strain when grown in a dairy base, breaks down complex milk proteins and produces lactase, an enzyme essential for avoiding lactose intolerance. This growth medium encourages the bacteria strain to produce optimal results.

Potency Guarantee: Two wafers contain a minimum of 1 billion cfu of viable bacteria through the printed expiration date when the storage conditions stated on the label are maintained.

Directions for use for Natren Gastro-pH:

Chew two wafers, before or after meals or during periods of occasional indigestion.* May be taken on an empty stomach. Product removed from refrigerated bottle for daily use should be consumed within 24 hours for maximum potency. Do not give chewable wafers to children under four years of age, to avoid the possibility of choking. There is no known toxic dose, as the wafers are nontoxic at any level, thus they may be taken repeatedly to achieve results.
