Higher Nature Fos

Higher Nature Fos helps support a healthy digestive system by nourishing beneficial bacteria and stimulating the growth of bifidobacteria in the colon. It helps maintain healthy bowel movement and gut comfort. Added benefit may be obtained by taking a probiotic bacteria such as Probio-Daily or Probio-Easy. Higher Nature Fos cannot be used by the body to make fat, but it can be used to sweeten drinks and for baking.  

Directions for use for Higher Nature Fos

Sprinkle 1/2–3 level teaspoons a day onto cereal or fruit, or stir into juice.

One level teaspoon of Higher Nature Fos typically provides:
3g FOS (Fructo-Oligosaccharides)

No added:
Salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
Vegetarian and vegan.
