Vitamin B6 may help maintain healthy, balanced hormones. It is also important for immunity, a healthy heart and nervous system, as well as for releasing energy from our food and protein metabolism. Here, bio-transformed™ Vitamin B6 is provided along with Magnesium for optimum function. As a guide, use one 10mg tablet of Higher Nature True Food B6 in place of 40-50mg of isolated B6 supplements. A True Food® Supernutrition Plus multivitamin is also recommended.

Directions for use for Higher Nature True Food B6

One tablet typically provides:
10mg Vitamin B6*, 16.25mg Magnesium*, 15mg Calcium.
*True Food nutrients also contain B vitamins, betaglucans, glutathione, choline, inositol, amino acids and other phytonutrients naturally found in fermented food cultures of Saccaharomyces cerevisiae (food yeast).

No added:
Sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
Higher Nature True Food B6 is suitable for vegetarian and vegan.
