This tasty, berry-flavoured drink provides 3 of your 5 recommended daily portions of fruit and vegetables from whole Apples, Blueberries, Tomatoes and Broccoli sprouts, with extra Vitamin C. Sweetened with fruit sugar and tooth-friendly Xylitol. Quick and easy to prepare. Higher Nature Easy 3 can be blended with smoothies, added to yoghurt or desserts or sprinkled onto breakfast cereal. Perfect for the whole family. High in fibre, Higher Nature Easy 3 supports healthy bowel function, promotes satiety and helps to maintain normal blood lipid levels and a healthy cardiovascular system. Naturally sweet Apples contain Vitamin C, fibre and antioxidants. Tangy Blueberries contain antioxidant anthocyanidins, purple-red pigments that make the drink burgundy-coloured. Broccoli sprouts contain antioxidant properties and the sulphur compound ‘sulphoraphane’. Tomatoes are a natural source of antioxidant Lycopene. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, which slows the ageing process, supports the immune system and improved Iron absorption, and is important for healthy skin and for forming healthy Collagen.

Directions for use for Higher Nature Easy 3

Adults and children over 9 years mix 3 rounded scoops (22g) with 150ml of cold water (children aged 4-8, 11/2 rounded scoops (11g) with 75ml of cold water, once or twice daily) and drink immediately. Can be blended with smoothies, added to yoghurt or desserts, or sprinkled onto breakfast cereal.
