Features of BioCare B-Plex

B-Plex is a specialised formulation of B vitamins which excludes vitamin B12 and folic acid. It may be that certain metabolic types such as high histamine formers tolerate this formulation more readily. B vitamins are needed for the release of energy from food, for the healthy function of the nervous system and for the correct balance of hormones. B vitamins are essential for
good circulation, a strong immune system and for healthy skin, hair and eyes.

Contains three forms of magnesium to support the function of the nervous system
Magnesium assists the formation of essential metabolic enzymes in the body
Contains no vitamin B12 or folic acid
Suitable vegetarians and vegans

Warnings
Long term intakes of amounts greater than 10mg of vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild
tingling and numbness. Not suitable for use in pregnancy or if pregnancy is being
planned.
