Ginger is a well established food that has a traditional use in supporting and maintaining healthy digestion.

Lactobacillus kefir is a friendly lactic acid-forming bacteria that helps support healthy intestinal function
Pediococcus pentaceus is used in food to help improve its function and to reduce spoilage by
unwanted fermentation
Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus acidophilus are bile and acid
tolerant strains of friendly bacteria that may help support gastrointestinal health
Lactobacillus acidophilus helps reduce the colonisation of unfriendly bacteria
by producing natural antibiotic substances on the intestinal wall
Vacuum packed for stability
